While Huda auctioned a total of 78 residential, group housing and commercial plots, Only 39 found takers showing the lack of demand for “left over” plots that huda wants to dump at high prices. Suchir India chairman [ Rumors are flying high that this company is in financial trouble ] has acquired a plot at nandagiri hills with no competition 80K/sqyd in this auction confirming that the price in jubilee hills has softened particularly in this area from a high of 1 Lac / SQ Yd.
This is a 3 day auction and there are more spaces in Nallagandla, Pentagon etc., coming up in the next 2 days.
