Loading ...As kokapet, the much hyped golden mile continues to be still under a cloud of uncertainity [ Latest is that the developers who purchased land here dont have land and the government doesnt have the money to pay their advanced back ] with no clarity in sight for the bada babus and companies that purchased land in this area, Tellapur is evolving to be the same.
At tellapur, 400 acres of land was auctioned off and was acquired by ICICI consortium at 4.21 crores per acre. Apart from paying for the land, the consortium consisting of ICICI, Nagarjuna construction and Tishman speyers, intends to invest around 4000 crores for the development of township in this land.
Now this whole 400 acres is in court as an Industrial cooperative society claims to be the owner while the government claims this land as the absolute owner.
I have not seen any official statement anywhere confirming the move to the Waragal Highway. Could mean the possibility of Infosys relocating somewhere else too.
i own a 300yd plot at survey 330 located near saibaba temple. it belongs to industrial employees coop society promoted by narayanarao.
please let me know my fate regarding this plot
even we are having a 300 yard plot in the layout promoted by vala narayana rao. recently as of setp 1 - 2007 , govt has put an adv. in TV9 to meet advocate ramachandra reddy at the two following phone numbers..

My late father-in- law own 500 sq yards at tellapur near sai baba temple in survey no.330 promoted by V.Narayana Rao. even we meat Advocate Ramachandra Reddy.we still have to take a step in this regard i.e to file a writ in court.

Tellapur is seeing some big movement at this time.. I drove by the area 2 weeks ago and construction is moving at full pace at the Wipro SEZ.. Lets hope that this investment will really turn into something useful compared to the others that went bust in the fabcity area.
